I've never found Taskmanager to be accurate, so I don't use it... but I'd suggest you have a look a htop instead - I think it's pre-installed, but it's in the repos if not:

A script is always a good option, but you could also use Aptik (which I've used without problem for ages, and has many options and a GUI) - or you could even just type into the terminal a one-liner...something like *this: sudo apt install --install-recommends -y apt-rdepends bleachbit brasero bum ch...
