Finally to solve it

Create file /etc/modprobe.d/cfg80211.conf with the content

Code: Select all

options cfg80211 ieee80211_regdom=DE
or any other country code needed

First, I had to change directory to /usr/lib/modules and then run the command and second I added 6.1.0-17-amd64 because I have uninstalled it too using cleanup. Hmme, maybe that's an important remark. So you are saying, you have removed/uninstalled the kernel but mx-cleanup left the modules directo...

yeah, lsb-compat provided has helped to install deb driver from Epson web page.
(and I had to boot with systemd to install)
