Re: The amazing music thread

Here are a couple. The first one is from an international piano competition where the contestants were given a piece of music composed specifically for the event. I love how much feeling the pianist puts into it: https://youtu.be/qNEwQLMn4Ik For the other one, I find it soothing and inspirational at...

Re: MX-DWM/antiX-DWM - a thread for working toward an optimized respin

I found a website that explains the relationship between config.def.h and config.h: "By default if you compile dwm, that will generate a file called config.h, with the exact same content as config.def.h. If you then want to modify something, you have to edit the config.h file. This is not too s...

Nice setup!
Can you share your polybar dotfiles?
They come from Murzchnvok's collection. Look in the "Nord" folder.

You might like qutebrowser. It's a keyboard driven browser.

Luke Smith has a video about it on his YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g2RtjO_jXvY

Re: Greybird-mx variants for highlight color

Everything looks good on MX 18.3 for me. I made one of your colors with the script and added one of my own.

Thanks!

Re: i3-gaps tiling window manager

Got it installed by following Koo's directions (which is what I thought I did the first time). Anyway, it's working and looks really good! Do I have to worry that updates might come through via mx updater for i3 (since I installed it with MXPI) that will mess with the i3gaps I just installed from gi...

Re: i3-gaps tiling window manager

Yep, Koo encouraged me to try to build i3-gaps and I've been putting it off because I thought it would be beyond my skill level. I did take a shot at it: https://forum.mxlinux.org/viewtopic.php?f=104&t=52981 I also tried to rebuild it from PPA source packages as suggested by Stevo but gave up af...

i3-gaps tiling window manager

I wanted to request i3-gaps. It is a fork of the i3 tiling window manager with added functionality like the ability to make the bar transparent and (of course) set gaps between the tiled windows. Here's the git hub: https://github.com/Airblader/i3 And according to Stevo: "The Readme says it's a...
