Everything is fine now, the problem was with the web-site somehow it blocks the download to force you to register; I should have checked before with other sites and different videos.... 'mea culpa'.

I did it, there is no difference, it is a totally different BIOS than the Dell I have, in which it does open a menu, with those options, and not even need of apassword for -- I do not see any option to make a capture of the screnn either; no manual or instructions came either inside the box. :blindf...
