You could try to put a script under /etc/rc.local. Make root the owner of that script. Make it executable and put these lines in that script:
#!/bin/bash
bash /etc/profile.d/proxy.sh

Hello. Do you have xserver-xorg-input-wacom and the libwacom libraries installed?
Also plug your Wacom tablet in and give me the output of lsusb and of modinfo wacom. It could be that you need to compile the kernel driver for your wacom tablet.

Unfortunately I haven't found an easy way to do it in Passwords and Keys. You might want to install KeePass, KeePassXC or LastPass for instance where importing a csv file is easy.

I already have the checkbox for Firefox dark theme tweak on true /v
