Sorry to ask, but what does this tool really manage? Tint2 settings? Several Tint2 instances? Both? On the other hand, the name Tint2 doesn't give any clue to newcomers about what the tool refers to. Wouldn't it be clearer if the tool name were just "Panel Manager" (or "Panel Settings...
