Is the window in question opening as Full-size? Is the panel set to No-Auto? What type computers do you have? Quick System Info would be useful to know. I solve it. I just went in workspace settings and put a 40 left-hand margin and it stop at the edge of the panel. There might be other solutions, ...

I just install MX on another computer and for the life of me. I can't stop the window to open behind the Deskbar(panel). It's set exactly like my and my window stops on the edge of the Deskbar but not the one I just install. I do have; Don't reserve space on borders uncheck, just like my. Where else...

I use Virtualbox to test out Linux distro's only. Right now testing out Pop! OS.

MX is on my main machine and using MX as my primary OS. I'm not fear of nothing, because I'm using Linux.
